What happens next

  1. 1We log the request and confirm the reference by email, usually the same business day.
  2. 2We price it against our own catalog first, then approach manufacturers and distributors for anything we do not already list.
  3. 3You receive a quotation with unit price, quantity breaks, incoterm, lead time and a validity date.

Every quotation states the trade term it is priced on. Unless a quotation says DDP, it excludes customs clearance and import duties at the destination.
